DTG Operator

All departments are responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders as necessary, helping in all areas of the department, maintaining a clean and functioning work area, and communicating diligently with coworkers and management. Position: Direct to Garment (DTG) Operator A DTG Operator is responsible for efficiently operating DTG printers to personalize apparel based on customer orders. Duties and Responsibilities: Review designs for accuracy and placement Pretreat and prepare apparel for printing process Operate printer to personalize apparel based on order Ensure final product matches order and meets quality standards Assist Pickers and Packagers as needed Assist other departments as needed Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow procedures to safely operate machinery Ability to use computers and software to operate machines Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time. Visual acuity to read instructions and operate computers
