HR Senior Associate (Fluent in Japanese/Korean)
Title: HR Senior Associate Duration: 4-Month ContractPay Rate: $30-35/hour Location: New York, NY Note: Fluency in English and Japanese and/or Korean required. Position OverviewOur client, a Big 4 Firm, is seeking a bilingual HR Senior Associate to support large-scale outsourcing engagements and cross-border employment processes for global organizations. This role will focus on assisting Japanese and Korean headquartered clients with HR-related services, executive mobility support, tax coordination, and relocation processes for employees assigned to the U.S. This position sits within the Tax team; however, candidates with HR, mobility, operations, or tax compliance/administrative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesSupport and oversee day-to-day services within the global HRS practice, including coordination with third-party vendors and technology platformsPartner with Japanese and Korean headquartered organizations to deliver high-quality client support and service consistencyDevelop, enhance, and monitor service delivery models to ensure client service level agreements are metServe as the primary point of contact for executives and families relocating to the U.S. for long-term international assignmentsCoordinate with client business leaders and internal teams to ensure successful employee transitions and comprehensive HR support servicesAssist with cross-border employment processes related to HR policies, benefits, retirement plans, taxes, and relocation administrationMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong client service standards in all interactionsQualificationsFluent in English and Japanese and/or Korean required3+ years of experience in HR, global mobility, tax compliance, or administrative support functionsStrong organizational, communication, and client management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience with PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and Taleo is preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentPreferred BackgroundExperience supporting international assignees or executive relocation programsExposure to cross-border HR operations, mobility services, or employment tax processesStrong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across global teams
