You will work collaboratively with Leadership, Design Team and Technical Design to create and drive product designs to maintain overall creative direction, line plans, assortment strategies, and price points.  We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills who understands product construction, trends, product markets, and consumer expectations.  Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. You will be expected to maintain a diligent approach to workload, which includes timely communication with internal and external partners. You will build brand cohesion by partnering with peers across the division to ensure continuity.   QUALIFICATIONS:  2-5 years design experience  Bachelor’s degree in art and Design Preferred Excellent drawing skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop  Knowledge of textiles, construction and product development Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills  Must be detail-oriented and possess exceptional organizational skills  Ability to travel for development trips  Understanding of construction and materials helpful
