Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Structural Frame Assembler to assemble structural framing systems for detached ADUs and other residential construction applications. This position focuses on assembling manufactured frame components, installing hardware, and ensuring assemblies are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing consistent, high-quality work. *Compensation:* *$25.00–$32.00 per hour* (approximately *$52,000–$67,000 annually* for full-time employment), based on experience, technical skills, and qualifications. Key Responsibilities * Assemble structural framing systems using fabricated metal components and hardware. * Read and interpret 2D fabrication and assembly drawings. * Install fasteners, brackets, connectors, and other assembly hardware according to specifications. * Verify dimensions, alignment, and completeness throughout the assembly process. * Organize components and maintain an orderly work area to support efficient production. * Work closely with CNC operators and the fabrication team to ensure proper fit and assembly. * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Required Qualifications * Ability to accurately read and interpret 2D fabrication and assembly drawings. * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. * Ability to work in an organized, methodical, and quality-focused manner. * Experience using common hand tools, measuring tools, and assembly equipment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with metal fabrication, structural steel, mechanical assembly, or modular construction. * Experience assembling structural framing systems or prefabricated building components. * Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments. * Interest in advanced building technology and residential construction.
