Client Service Associate
The Client Service Associate (CSA) supports Stevens Foster’s advisors, planners, and operational teams by ensuring all account activity, documentation, and client communications are completed accurately, promptly, and in compliance with industry standards. This role is central to delivering a high-quality client experience, supporting both day-to-day service needs and the firm’s integrated Planning–Tax–Investments model.
CSAs assist with account operations, paperwork, money movement, client inquiries, meeting preparation, and administrative workflows. They maintain accurate records, coordinate with custodians, and support tax-season operations. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing proactive, reliable client service.
Key Responsibilities
Account Operations & Documentation
Prepare, process, and track all account paperwork, including new accounts, transfers, beneficiary changes, and insurance applications
Coordinate, initiate, and monitor money movement such as wires, transfers, and charitable gifting
Maintain accurate and compliant client records in AdvisorEngine/Junxure, custody spreadsheets, and eMoney Net Worth Statements
Create, process, and monitor client agreements, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Client Service & Communication
Respond to client inquiries and deliver timely, professional support
Track and complete follow-up items, ensuring all client requests receive prompt resolution
Meeting Preparation & Advisor Support
Collaborate with Advisors and Financial Planners to ensure accurate data and materials are prepared for client meetings
Tax Season Support
Assist the Tax Team by sending electronic tax organizers, processing incoming tax documents, tracking missing information, and supporting e-filing workflows
Coordinate mailings of tax related documents and maintain accurate tracking of tax related client correspondence.
Administrative & Office Support
Support firmwide administrative tasks including phones, mail, scanning, and internal communication routing
Assist with general operational needs during peak periods
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required; financial services or wealth management experience strongly preferred
Associate’s degree in Administrative, Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Technical Skills
Experience with AdvisorEngine/Junxure, Fidelity, Schwab, and eMoney strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial, investment, and tax information
Professional Skills & Attributes
Excellent client service and communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of discretion when handling confidential information
Collaborative, organized, and eager to learn cross-functional workflows
Compensation
Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: Performance-based opportunity available

Schedule
Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
Additional hours may be required during tax season and cyclical planning periods.
Hybrid work option available in accordance with firm policy.
