Administration of Human Resource ProgramsEmployment ServicesOffice Administrative ServicesVocational Rehabilitation ServicesOther Residential Care FacilitiesHR CoordinatorAs the onsite HR Coordinator supporting Buffalo Trace, you will provide human resources support in areas of onboarding, payroll, management of HR tickets, collective bargaining agreement (CBA) administration, maintenance of employment records, data collection and analysis, accurate maintenance of HRIS system, and labor planning and scheduling. You will have the ability to work closely with and support the team members at the site and contribute to the success of the team.
What You'll Do:
Onsite HR support including managing site announcements, onboarding experience, and team member data
Continuous efforts to improve products, services, or processes for team members as it relates to human resources
Qualifications/RequirementsRequired:
Bachelor's degree
2 years of relevant human resources experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
Working knowledge of MS Office products
Preferred:
Payroll administration
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes and look for ways to drive efficiencies
Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

The hourly salary range for this role is $26.00 - $39.00.
