Operator/Machine Operator/Assembler

Job Description Operator I Location: Temecula CAShift: 5am to 1:30pm?Must be flexible to work an 8 or 9 hour shift. Hours could be 5am start time through 6am end time. Could be 1:30pm end time through 2:30pm.This is a pool req to hire 40 Operators between January and March. If your candidate is chosen for hire, they will be hired through a new job posting/ WO.Must have 6 months manufacturing experience (does not have to be medical that is a plus) not looking for warehouse, forklift drivers/ handlers, amazonMust pass eye exam and color vision test.Ask if they have any upcoming vacations or days off they will need during intake call.Proficiency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in training sessions led by an instructor.Comfortable using microscopes.Ability to follow policies and procedures.Ability to read, write, and interpret information.Ability to use microscopes.Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle or feel.Ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours a day.Ability to intermittently crawl.
