Schedule M-F 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, with occasional weekends. Job Description We are seeking a WOCN certified clinician to provide exceptional care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications and certifications to ensure high standards of patient care. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families about wound care, ostomy management, and incontinence. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
