These positions require deep expertise in Oracle's Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (EPCM), with proven experience implementing sophisticated profitability management solutions, cost allocation frameworks, and margin analysis capabilities for enterprise clients.The ideal candidates will possess comprehensive knowledge of EPCM module configuration, including the development and maintenance of complex allocation rules, calculation logic, reporting structures, and profitability models that align seamlessly with client Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes. Both roles demand strong technical integration skills to ensure accurate data flow between EPCM and various enterprise systems including ERP platforms, data warehouses, and other Oracle EPM modules.Role ResponsibilitiesEPCM Implementation & ConfigurationDesign, build, and configure comprehensive profitability management solutions using Oracle EPCM that address complex business requirements for cost allocation, profitability analysis, and margin managementDevelop and maintain sophisticated allocation rules and methodologies including driver-based allocations, reciprocal allocations, and multi-stage allocation processes to accurately distribute costs across organizational dimensionsCreate and optimize calculation logic and business rules within EPCM to support profitability modeling, including contribution margin analysis, customer profitability, product profitability, and channel profitability calculationsBuild and maintain dimensional hierarchies, member formulas, and metadata structures that support flexible reporting and analysis requirementsConfigure profitability models that align with client-specific Finance and FP&A processes, ensuring consistency with management reporting frameworks and strategic planning initiativesDesign and implement reporting structures including dashboards, financial reports, and analytical views that provide actionable insights into cost drivers and profitability metricsIntegration & Data ManagementLead the design and implementation of integrations between EPCM and ERP systems
