Guided by our unwavering values of Memorable Experiences, Generosity, Trust, Thinking Differently, and Having Fun, we lead by example, fostering an environment that brings out the best in each of us, every single day.Key ResponsibilitiesBI Infrastructure and Tools Management:Evaluate and select appropriate BI tools and technologies to support the organization's BI initiatives.Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of BI platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Work with data warehouse architects, data scientists, and data collection application engineers to propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance enhancements.Collaborate with IT to integrate BI solutions with existing systems and databases.Strategic PlanningWork closely with executive leadership and department heads to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging data and analytics.Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.Data Analysis And InsightsOversee the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Perform in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business decisions.Interpret and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and department heads.Data Governance And Quality AssuranceEstablish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.Implement quality assurance processes to validate the integrity of data sources and BI outputs.Monitor and address data quality issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.Skills, Knowledge And ExpertiseA bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in information technology, management of information systems, computer science, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience as a business intelligence analyst or in a related role/occupation.
