About the Role
We are looking for an HR Summer Intern to support general HR operations. This position will primarily focus on training, HR data entry, reporting and administrative tasks with exposure to day-to-day general HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, communications, and employee engagement. This is a great opportunity for students interested in gaining hands-on practical HR experience.
Responsibilities
Support new-hire onboarding, training and maintain employee records
Assist with HR data entry, scanning, reporting, and administrative tasks
Help with employee engagement activities and HR communications
Provide support on various HR projects throughout the summer
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
