If you're passionate about solving complex challenges that matter, there's a place for you here.Responsibilities: Design, maintain, and improve CI pipelines (GitLab CI) for secure software builds and deploymentsOrchestrate automated deployments across development, test, and production environments using Kubernetes and HelmAbility to perform tasks well aligned with team and product goals with limited technical oversight and guidance. Provide thought leadership, mentorship, and input into tasks for projectsIntegrate CI pipelines with tools for artifact management, testing, code quality, and security scanningMonitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline performance and deployment issuesManage software release processes including version promotion, branching, integration, and validationMaintain and implement Helm charts for application deploymentsPerform deployment validation and issue resolution in Kubernetes-based environmentsEnsure adherence to cybersecurity protocols and secure coding practicesSupport software vulnerability scanning (Static & Dynamic Analysis Tools) and remediation processesPerform other DevSecOps-related duties as assignedRequirementsU.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD security clearanceBachelor's degree in a STEM disciplineAt least 8 year of overall professional software development experience with 5 years of experience with the following technologies: Python3CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins)Git version controlContainer orchestration with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kustomize, or Helm Demonstrated attention to detailGood verbal and written communication skillsCandidates who have any of the following skills will be preferredLinux systems administrationContainer security tools (e.g., Grype, Syft)SAST/SCA tools (e.g., Fortify, SonarQube, Snyk, Trivy, ZAP)AWS (EKS, EC2, Lambda) Application networking with tools such as Istio, NGINX, or TraefikMonitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)Authentication tools (e.g., Keycloak)Artifact repositories (e.g., JFrog Artifactory, Nexus)Additional programming experience with strongly typed languages such as C++ or RustFamiliarity with secure software development and vulnerability management workflowsExperience supporting RMF processes, ATO activities, or DISA STIG application Experience supporting RMF processes, ATO activities, or DISA STIG applicationResumes, Cover Letters, and Applications which are generated by AI will not be considered for employment.Colorado Residents: In any materials you submit, you may redact or remove age-identifying information such as age, date of birth, or dates of school attendance or graduation.
