ResponsibilitiesVector Solutions is seeking an experienced Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) Instructor to support specialized training and operational requirements.Key responsibilities include:Delivering JTAC instruction and training while maintaining detailed training records and progression tracking.Ensuring all activities comply with established requirements, schedules, and resource allocations.Demonstrating a high standard of expertise in JTAC instruction and qualifications, adhering to service-specific JTAC policies and guidance.QualificationsSecurity Clearance: Must hold a current Secret.SOF Qualified JTAC notated on FM43 or FM8Experience:A minimum of two years of experience with Special Operations Forces (SOF) or two years of operational deployments as a JTAC supporting SOF.Comprehensive understanding of military command and control structures and the interface with other military, local, state, and federal agencies.Instructors, evaluators or sim operators are required to have a minimum of one (1) year of experience performing the designated function (JTAC-I, JTAC-E, SIM Operations)Skills:Strong communication abilities.Proficiency in land navigation, including using maps, compasses, and GPS to identify and locate points of interest or targets using latitude, longitude, and Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) coordinates.Physical Requirements:Must be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and performing tasks related to JTAC operations in various environments.Possession of a valid civilian driver’s license and eligibility for a military driver’s license for assigned vehicle operations.Education and CertificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.CertificationsCurrent JTAC Instructor (JTAC-I) qualification and certification within the last 48 months.Additional InformationVector Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) committed to providing exceptional training and operational support services.
