Position OverviewThe Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Palmetto branch, including operations, team leadership, client satisfaction, and financial performance. This role will oversee maintenance crews, account management, and branch level administrative functions while ensuring alignment with company standards and growth goals.Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations Oversee all landscape maintenance operations for the Palmetto branch Ensure routes, schedules, and services are executed efficiently and on time Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Coordinate with irrigation, enhancements, and other divisions to support client needsFinancial Performance Manage branch budget, revenue, and profitability Monitor labor, materials, and equipment costs to ensure efficiency Review job costing and identify opportunities to improve margins Drive growth through enhancements and additional service offeringsTeam Leadership Lead, manage, and develop account managers, supervisors, and field crews Recruit, hire, and train team members to support branch growth Set clear expectations and ensure accountability for performance Foster a strong team cultureClient Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, and HOAs Conduct regular site visits and client meetings Address and resolve client concerns promptly Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accountsSafety and Compliance Ensure operations follow company safety standards and OSHA guidelines Promote a culture of safety and accountability Maintain compliance with company policies and regulationsQualificationsExperience 5 to 7 years in landscape maintenance 3 plus years in leadership or management role Experience managing commercial accounts, HOAs, or large scale propertiesSkills Strong leadership and team management Solid understanding of landscape maintenance operations Financial management including budgeting and job costing Strong communication and customer service Ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus Experience with landscape or service management software Knowledge of irrigation and enhancement servicesWhat We Offer Competitive salary Performance based bonus Company vehicle and tools Health benefits and PTO Growth opportunities
