Sourcing Specialist – Toys (Contract) 📍 Kissimmee, FL | Hybrid (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote) 💰 $25.33–$26.66/hr 📅 Contract: ASAP – October 3, 2026 (Possibility for extension) A globally recognized consumer products company is seeking a Sourcing Specialist – Toys to support their Merchandise Sourcing & Product Development team. This role plays a key part in keeping product development programs on track by managing development tracking data, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring milestones and deliverables stay aligned across multiple systems.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate product development data across systems, including PLM platforms, Smartsheet, and project management toolsTrack development milestones, deliverables, and timelines from concept through production readinessCoordinate with external suppliers to collect updates and ensure all information is currentPartner with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, design, merchandising, packaging, production, and planningEnsure consistency and accuracy of product attributes, timelines, and documentation across all tracking toolsIdentify potential risks or delays and communicate updates proactivelySupport improvements to tracking processes and communication workflowsQualificationsStrong organizational and project coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and data sources simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and data accuracyComfortable working within structured systems and maintaining processesExperience with PLM systems, Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar toolsFamiliarity with FlexPLM is a strong plusExperience supporting sourcing, product development, or supply chain teams is preferredBachelor’s degree preferred
