Journeyman Logistician

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Journeyman Logistician to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToPrepares and implements directives to ensure effective logistics support and establishes and enforces standards to ensure that the assigned work force is properly trained and equipped.Develop, initiate, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment.Integrate the spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational, acquisition and wholesale environments.Responsible for directing the integrated logistics process, developing support policies, procedures and systems, and providing implementation guidance.Minimum Qualifications3 + years of professional experience in integrated logistics supportBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related areaPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting NAVAIR weapons systems in various phases of acquisition with heavy focus on managing the system to and through the Operations and Support phaseExperience supporting WXSClearance RequirementsMust hold an active Secret ClearancePhysical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
