Advisory services are provided through Bellwether Wealth, LLC, an SEC-Registered Investment Advisor, emphasizing ongoing planning and regular reviews to help clients feel confident about their financial future.Role Description The Client Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. This team member will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. Daily responsibilities include managing client communications via phone and email, preparing and maintaining client records and documents, and supporting advisors with meeting preparation and follow-up. The role also involves coordinating account openings and updates, handling service requests with custodians and partners, and tracking client tasks to completion. The Client Services Associate will collaborate closely with the advisory team to support ongoing financial planning, maintain high service standards, and contribute to process improvements.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust and delivering a positive client experience.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.Candidates should possess Customer Support skills, such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing follow-up in a timely manner.Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge or experience in a financial services, wealth management, or related environment.Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.Candidates should be proficient with office software and CRM or client management systems; experience with financial planning or advisory platforms is a plus.Candidates should demonstrate a client-centric mindset, professional demeanor, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information.An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in client or account service can substitute.
