Warehouse Worker (Seasonal Contract)

We are a family-owned and operated e-commerce company in Cliffwood, NJ, specializing in the retail of decorative ribbons such as satins, grosgrains, and organdy. Join Our Team as a Full-Time Seasonal Warehouse Worker! We're expanding and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Full-Time Warehouse Workers for a seasonal contract position. Work hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Efficiently run pick lists and pack orders with precision. Inventory Management: Receive and organize inbound shipments. Physical Tasks: Lift and handle boxes up to 70 lbs, including placing them on step ladders or shelves up to 15 feet high. Technology Use: Utilize computers, RF scanners, and tabbed browsing for order picking and inventory control. Color Accuracy: Identify and distinguish between a vast array of colors to ensure order accuracy. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure timely shipment of all orders, especially during peak periods. Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse. Qualifications: Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required—we'll train you! Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and RF scanners. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, especially in color differentiation.
