Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician at XYCOM located in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various business technologies and systems, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring smooth operation of all implemented solutions.These systems include IP Camera, Security Alarm, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, IP Phone, AV Systems, Conference Rooms, Video Walls, and beyond Qualifications Technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hardware and softwareKnowledge of networking concepts and protocolsExperience with installation and configuration of business technologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamCertifications in relevant field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) are a plusAssociate's or Advanced Education a plus.
