Complete DescriptionProvide direct technicalsupport for the NCDOR mainframe based legacy tax management system (ITAS).-The selected candidate will participate in requirements, design, development,testing, implementation, and maintenance support for the NCDOR mainframe basedlegacy tax management system (ITAS)- Will work closely with other support team members to determine the bestapproach to resolve issues as part of day-to-day support of legacy system.Issue resolution will often require software changes and testing.- Will work closely with others as a team member in design, development andtesting of legislative and operational changes to legacy system.Required/Desired Skills Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience Experience developing/maintaining mainframe based tax management systems using COBOL including Install/1 system management Required 10.0 Years Development experience with COBOL, EASYTRIEVE, MVS JCL, CICS, SQL and DB2 in a mainframe environment Required 10.0 Years Experience in Technical and Functional Requirements documentation Required 5.0 Years Extensive knowledge of techniques and methodologies relating to software quality assurance and testing through the full systems development lifecycle. Required Databases: VSAM, DB2, IMS Required Environment: TSO/ISPF, z/OS, MVS, IMS, Windows Required Experience with troubleshooting and debugging mainframe application. Required
