Courier Supervisor
Job TitleDuties & Responsibilities:
Oversees a team of legal couriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of critical legal documents. This includes training and evaluating the team, as well as managing schedules.
Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities, and determining continuing office needs.
Manages certain office assignments and coordinates intra-office moves.
Purchases office supplies.
Assists with firm activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Maintains rapport with employees by providing information, answering questions, and assisting with special requests.
Performs some of the tasks of a courier, such as delivering packages or handling mail.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
Experience working in a law firm or professional services firm environment preferred.
Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Outlook.
Possesses thorough understanding of office management procedures.
