Instructor to lead training programs for adult learners and opportunity youth aligned to high-demand careers in skilled trades.This role delivers hands-on, industry-aligned technical instruction that requirementsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to obtain a Valid Indiana Workplace Specialist License, or eligibility based on 5-7+ years of HVAC and/or electrical industry experience3 years of Instructional or Industry Training experienceEPA 608 Certification (HVAC)NCCER Instructor Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 instructor certification (or willingness to obtain).Experience working with tools, systems, and field applicationsElectrical certifications or apprenticeship experienceStrong classroom management and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience teaching or mentoring adults or youthExperience in workforce development or training programsExperience working with diverse or underserved
