Press Brake Supervisor

Press Brake Supervisor (1st Shift) (Florence, Ky)We manufacture parts from a wide variety of material types and thicknesses using various cutting, forming, and welding techniques to conform to customer requirements. We are in search of an experienced press brake supervisor/lead to manage our press brake department.Responsibilities:You will be required to assist operators from start to finish on jobs. You will schedule jobs, help with the setup and programming, perform inspections, and ensure paperwork is properly filled out. The ability to work with other supervisors to fulfill customer requirements is essential.Requirements:5+ years' experience running a press brake. Cincinnati Inc., and Accupress machine experience preferred.Easily create CNC programs and operate all press brake machinery functions efficiently.Excellent tooling knowledge.Ability to calculate bend allowance/deduction, and create a flat layout from blueprint.Schedule 2-4 employees with jobs throughout the day, as well as perform production when required.Ability to use appropriate measuring tools to inspect parts from customer-supplied prints.Make machine adjustments.Improve employee efficiency on an ongoing basis.What We Offer:Benefits include:- Base salary + quarterly bonus- Paid vacation and holidays.- 401K and employer contribution- Medical insurance- Dental (company-administered)
