This is a high‑visibility leadership role for a technically strong supervisor who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, and driving equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.If you’re a maintenance leader who thrives in a working supervisor role and wants ownership over equipment performance, team development, and operational excellence — this opportunity is for you.What You’ll Do:Lead and support daily maintenance activities for injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipmentSupervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians while remaining hands‑on as neededPlan, schedule, and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve reliabilityTroubleshoot equipment issues and lead root cause analysis to prevent repeat failuresDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, safety, efficiency, and qualityEnsure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and OSHA requirementsPartner with Production, Engineering, and other departments to support business and customer needsCoordinate and oversee outside contractors and facility projectsMaintain accurate maintenance documentation, labor tracking, and equipment recordsSupport recommendations for equipment upgrades and capital investmentsPromote a clean, organized, and professional work environmentWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum Qualifications4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment4+ years in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role4+ years managing people and/or maintenance projectsAbility to work on the manufacturing floor and lift up to 50 lbs.Preferred Qualifications6+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience6+ years of supervisory or leadership experienceBackground supporting high‑speed production equipmentEducation:Required: Associate’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related disciplineWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Competitive compensation up to $110,000Stable, established manufacturing environmentTrue leadership role with hands‑on involvementOpportunity to build and influence a high‑performing maintenance teamOwnership over equipment performance and reliability initiatives
