Together, we co-create moments that matter - both for our audiences and our employees - and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.Overview and ResponsibilitiesThe Manager, Risk & Data Analytics supports risk-based audits, data-driven insights, investigations, analytics, risk assessments, and special projects across Paramount's corporate, media, streaming, and production environments. The role focuses on evaluating processes, governance, and internal controls using data and judgment to identify risks, strengthen decision-making, and deliver meaningful insights. The work includes operational reviews, T&E audits, production audits, and investigations. It also involves management-requested reviews and advisory projects. These tasks often require collaboration with SOX, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other teams.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Plan and lead risk-based audits, advisory engagements, and special projectsDevelop audit objectives, scopes, and risk assessments focused on key business risksDesign audit approaches for non-routine or evolving activitiesEvaluate processes, controls, and governance; identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve accountabilityPerform end-to-end walkthroughs and root-cause analysisAssess operational maturity and scalability in high-growth initiativesUse advanced analytics for audit planning, testing, investigations, and risk monitoringAnalyze large datasets (production costs, T&E, payroll, vendor payments, revenue) to identify trends and risksTranslate risks into targeted analytics and communicate insights through visuals and dashboardsLead or support investigations and fraud risk assessments; partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR on confidential mattersBuild trusted relationships with business leaders and cross-functional partnersCommunicate results clearly and develop functional, business-aligned recommendationsManage, coach, and develop team members; review work for quality and consistencyContribute to the annual risk assessment and audit plan; support continuous improvement of methodologies and analyticsAct as a thought partner on emerging risks and operational trendsAssess audit and operational risk and determine focus areasDesign audit and analytics procedures to test controlsIdentify control gaps and inefficienciesApply professional skepticism while remaining impartial and solutions-orientedManage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficient comprehension of operational risk, internal controls, audit methodologies, and fraud riskExperience with operational audits (T&E, production, vendor payments, revenue)Extensive experience analyzing large, complex, or unstructured datasetsProficiency with analytics/visualization tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, ACL)Basic Qualifications7+ years in internal audit, external audit, risk management, forensic accounting, data analytics, or related fieldsExperience with operational audits (T&E, production, vendor payments, revenue)Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fieldProfessional certifications (CIA, CPA, CFE, CISA) preferredExpert MS Office skillsStrong project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAdditional QualificationsNavigate ambiguity and incomplete data to drive effective audit and analytics workBalance risk management requirements with business realities and operational needsLead teams, engage stakeholders, and perform hands-on analysis throughout engagementsManage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and impactBig Four or consulting experience preferredExperience with Legal/Compliance on investigations is a plusKnowledge of ERM frameworks and regulatory considerationsAbility to assess fraud risk and support investigationsCollaborative mindset; ability to influence and work across teamsSelf-starter with deep effort and ability to learn quicklyEducated curiosity and robust interpersonal skillsExperience leading and coaching team membersResearch and synthesis skillsComfort using AI-enabled tools and advanced analyticsParamount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide.
