Property Field AdjusterJoin EAC Claims Solutions as a Property Field Adjuster, where you will be managing insurance claims from inception to resolution. Key Responsibilities: Planning and organizing daily workload to process claims and conduct inspections Investigating insurance claims, including interviewing claimants and witnesses Handling property claims involving damage to buildings, structures, contents and/or property damage Conducting thorough property damage assessments and verifying coverage Evaluating damages to determine appropriate settlement Negotiating settlements Uploading completed reports, photos, and documents using our specialized software systems Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and claims management systems Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in insurance claims or related field is a plus but not required Next Steps: If you're passionate about making a difference, thrive on challenges, and deeply value your work, we invite you to apply.
