Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Title:Senior QA Automation Tester (Selenium Experience Mandatory) Duration : Full Time Location:Pennington, NJ 9 years exp. is requiredRoles and Responsibilities:Develop detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases based on functional, nonfunctional, and compliance requirements. Lead test planning, usually at a team level. When part of a Scrum team, ensure stories are well refined and contain clear acceptance criteria. Ensure in scope and out of scope items are clearly identified during test planning. Implement the test framework for the team. Lead test case reviews and work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure test coverage. Identify automation opportunities and develop test automation for applicable test types. Help condition and generate test data and ensure data compliance requirements are met on all levels of test environments. Assist in identifying and managing sensitive test data.Required Skillset: At least 9 years working with software testing related activities. Strong in Automation testing like Tosca, selenium UFT Strong in API Automation and CI/CD integration work. Experience in one of the programming language Java/Python. Experience automating DB scripts Well-versed with all the aspects of SDLC and Agile concepts Strong development skills with ability to understand technical design and translate the same into workable solution. Able to create detailed, comprehensive test cases/scripts/scenarios based on Business requirements/user stories Experience with JIRA Ability to complete assigned tasks as scheduled with no or minimal support. Needs to be a self-starter. Ability to provide testing status/reporting Works well with others/Team contributor/individual contributor Clear communicator (written and verbal) Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables Flexibility to attend all meetings related to the project
