We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Payers Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling solutions and services to healthcare insurance companies (payers). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare payer sales, enterprise solutions, and consultative selling with a proven ability to establish relationships with key decision-makers within insurance carriers, managed care organizations (MCOs), and third-party administrators (TPAs).Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand business within the healthcare payer and provider market. • Should be able to acquire new logos and new business from existing relationships. • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities with health insurers, managed care organizations, and government payers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as CIOs, CFOs, VPs, and Directors within payer organizations. • Present and demonstrate company solutions, including healthcare technology, digital transformation, analytics, and value-based care models. • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and RFP responses in collaboration with internal teams. • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to tailor sales approaches effectively. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer needs. • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics.Qualifications s Skills: • 10+ years of experience in sales within the Healthcare payer and Provider industry . • Strong understanding of payer operations, value-based care, claims processing, population health, and digital transformation. • Proven ability to sell enterprise solutions such as SaaS, data analytics, AI-driven healthcare solutions, and provider-payer collaboration tools. • Experience with complex sales cycles, consultative selling, and relationship management. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).Preferred Qualifications: • Experience selling to national and regional payers (Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, etc.). • Familiarity with CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial insurance markets. • Existing network of contacts within the healthcare payer ecosystem. • Ability to team in a complex matrix environment. • Strong focus on Client Service excellence. • Ability to travel as needed.
