Regional Account Manager
An industry-leading healthcare education company is seeking a high-energy Regional Account Manager to drive growth across a designated territory. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer engagement within the medical simulation market.The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment.ResponsibilitiesGrow and manage accounts across nursing schools, medical schools, hospitals, and clinical education programsExecute territory sales strategy and achieve revenue goalsMaintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast activity accuratelyConduct in-person customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrationsCollaborate with internal sales and customer service teams to support customers and drive business growthAttend industry trade shows, conferences, and eventsMaintain CRM accuracy and provide regular sales reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage a territory effectivelyExperience with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeValid driver’s license and ability to travel regularlyMust live within assigned territory and near a major airportPreferredPrevious sales experienceHealthcare, medical education, or life sciences backgroundFamiliarity with medical terminology or simulation environments
