If you are committed to advocating for workers and want to develop your litigation skills under the guidance of top-tier employment litigators, we encourage you to apply.About the RoleAs an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in litigating employment discrimination cases, working closely with senior attorneys to build strong cases for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful litigation that shapes the workplace rights of employees across industries.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvocacy & Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and regulations to develop compelling legal arguments.Client Representation: Maintain direct communication with clients, providing guidance, updates, and legal support throughout their case.Drafting & Case Development: Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and state and federal complaints to advance clients’ claims.Depositions & Discovery: Participate in depositions, gather evidence, and assist in discovery efforts, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.Case Management: Organize case files, track deadlines, and contribute to overall case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys.Who We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is driven, compassionate, and eager to fight for workplace justice.
