Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Ophthalmologist who prefers to practice in an environment that will offer a comfortable work-life balance in a community of about 26,000 residents.- 99 bed community based hospital, with an employed physician model. - We currently employ about 77 physicians and 75 APPs in 35 areas of medicine. - In addition to our hospital and Main Clinic, we offer 14 additional satellite facilities in the surrounding service areas. - Primary Care Comprehensive Ophthalmology and Cataracts- Bread and Butter, Busy Practice- Interest in Common Lid Surgeries a Plus- Other Sub-Specialty Interest a Plus- Most Lid Surgeries and Sub-Specialty Work are Currently Sent Out- 5 In-House Optometrists for Direct Referrals- 100% Catchment of All Other Local Optometrists- 1:8 call- Support Staff Available to Work Up, Refract, and Scribe- $450,000 - $575,000 salary plus production-based bonus potential
