This position requires working night shifts from 1900 to 0730. The role includes floating to other clinically appropriate units as needed, based on the nurse's scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competencies. Weekend shifts are required, with a commitment to work every other weekend. The nurse will be expected to collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care. Maintaining patient safety and supporting recovery through education and advocacy are key aspects of this role.
