Admin Support Medical Assistant

Job Description Established and fast-paced dermatology practice seeking dependable, friendly, professional medical assistant to work an administrative clinical support position. This position will be based in our call-center office in our Gilbert location, working full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break. This position will be responsible for answering patient phone calls directed to our Medical Assistant phone line and helping scheduling team with phone calls if workload allows; Working with our clinical team and providers to assist in answering our patient's messages and questions; Helping with prescription refills, completing prior authorizations, reviewing laboratory and pathology results with patients and scheduling procedures as needed.Dermatology experience is highly preferred but not required, however medical assisting experience or medical assistant certification is MANDATORY.
