NxStage experience is preferred. Description: The CVICU RN will be responsible for caring for both cardiac medical and cardiothoracic/vascular surgery ICU patients. This position involves a 2:1 patient ratio, including those patients with devices such as Impella, IABP, and LVAD. The RN must demonstrate competence in managing a variety of complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment. Dedication to providing high-quality and compassionate patient care is essential.
