And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered - and we couldn't do it without you.Make a DifferenceThe Senior Behavioral Health Clinician provides direct patient care through assessment of psychoeducational and/or therapeutic intervention needs, gross motor and fitness needs, creative arts, recreational therapy, and/or leisure education needs. Participates in treatment plan development, unit-based programming, and individual and group therapeutic interventions.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsApplicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.Recognizes and commits to critical importance of customer satisfaction (both internal and external customers).Participates in the provision of comprehensive psychosocial assessments.Participates in the development of individualized treatment plans, group facilitation, and individualized therapeutic interventions.Provides effective and efficient mental health interventions appropriate to patient treatment needs.Bachelor's Degree : B.A. or B.S. in behavioral science with field experience: post-graduate requirements must be met or in process to obtain professional registration/certification in field of study (e.g., occupational therapy, therapeutic recreation, art therapy, music therapy, dance/drama therapy).
