The Behavioral Health Technician will support clients in their developmental and behavioral goals by implementing treatment plans created by qualified professionals. Responsibilities include assisting with behavioral interventions, documenting client progress, fostering positive behaviors, and providing one-on-one support. The technician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and contribute to the overall well-being of clients.QualificationsProficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniquesStrong skills in Communication and Behavioral Intervention to work effectively with clients, families, and teamsBackground or familiarity with Psychology and related conceptsCompassionate approach to working with individuals with behavioral or developmental challengesExperience or certification in ABA is a plusHigh school diploma or higher educational qualification; a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferredAbility to work on-site and contribute to a positive team environment
