Candidates should reside locally in the Washington DC metro area. This application is not for full-time employment.ResponsibilitiesProduction office set-up and maintenanceTracking and re-stocking production suppliesSet-up and maintain craft servicesAssisting with Clock In/Out Staff and Radio Sign In/OutPrinting and copying (signage assembly, paperwork, documents for client, etc)Assistance with furniture assembly and placement (tables, chairs, storage shelves, etc,)Errand running (hardware stores, general merchandise retail, specialty stores, coffee, meals)Administrative tasksCleaning and tidyingAssisting team with meal orders for key working positions.Use of credit card and receipt tracking as instructedHelp inventory onsite items (rentals, purchases, etc)Answering guest questions, directional assistanceRole will be on feet and moving around.This role in particular does have fluidity to it and may vary based on project needsPosition RequirementsBachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 1-2 years of live event, entertainment, theater, touring concert and/or production experience and past experience.Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal & writtenWork with TAIT’s larger producer and production teams as well as client and vendorsMaintain high attention to detail and accuracyComputer skills: Macintosh OS or Window platform using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
