Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Greater Philadelphia. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting Eldredge's suite of environmental services. Daily tasks include prospecting potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a focus on customer needs, adherence to environmental regulations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsProven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in environmental services or related industriesAbility to understand and sell complex technical services and solutionsAnalytical skills for market research, client need assessment, and problem-solvingProficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applicationsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required by the roleKnowledge of environmental safety and compliance regulations is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
