Duties Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide support in mobility and physical activities for patients. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and concerns. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and ensure quality patient care. Document patient information accurately using electronic health records. Assist in transporting patients within the facility as needed. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
