As the Accounting & Office Operations Manager, you are the \"Right Hand\" of our business operations. You will oversee all financial functions while leading a small, dedicated administrative team. This is a role for a \"system-builder\" who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership: Drive company success by overseeing all AP/AR, billing, and general ledger operations.Audit & Accuracy: Optimize office efficiency by managing meticulous accounting records, preparing monthly financial reports, and performing internal audits to ensure fiscal health.Process Optimization: Streamline office workflows and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the business runs seamlessly at all times.Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor administrative assistants, delegating tasks such as order entry, filing, and scanning to ensure maximum department productivity.Ideal CandidateEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Strongly preferred).Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or Office Management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Software: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with ERP systems.
