Director of Emergency ServicesLocation: San Antonio, TXSchedule: Full-Time | Days | No WeekendsCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $145,000 – $160,000 (based on experience)Incentive Bonus: 17.5% – 26.25%Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000Position SummaryThe Director of Emergency Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a fast-paced Emergency Department, ensuring delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
