Junior Salesforce Administrator

Oxford Solutions is working with a retail client seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and maintain a Salesforce-based Loss Prevention platform. This is a junior-level contract opportunity suited for someone early in their Salesforce career who enjoys configuring systems, improving workflows, and supporting internal users. The role focuses on helping maintain and enhance a platform used to manage investigations, reporting, and operational processes within a retail environment.This position will work closely with Loss Prevention and cross-functional teams to help improve system usability, streamline processes, and ensure the platform continues to support operational needs.ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day administration and configuration of a Salesforce-based Loss Prevention platformAssist with user setup, permissions, profiles, and access managementConfigure fields, objects, page layouts, and basic workflows within the platformHelp maintain data integrity and troubleshoot user-reported issuesPartner with internal teams to gather requirements and support system improvementsAssist with building reports and dashboards to support operational insights and investigationsSupport system enhancements that improve compliance, efficiency, and user experienceHelp document processes, configurations, and system updatesParticipate in testing and implementation of new platform features and improvementsQualifications1-3 years of experience working with Salesforce administration or configuration (reports, permissions, sandboxes)Experience supporting business systems, CRM platforms, or internal operational toolsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot system issuesGood communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical usersPrior experience in loss prevention, retail operations, investigations, or operational support systems a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks and work in a collaborative environmentJunior Salesforce Administrator – Loss Prevention Systems - 26-00185
