This role provides hands-on leadership experience and opportunities to develop skills for future operations management. As an Assistant Residence Director, you'll work closely with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered support while promoting independence, community involvement, and personal growth for the individuals we serve.
