Regional Sales Manager
Stratus Building Solutions of the Pacific Northwest is seeking a driven, results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our territories.
This is a leadership role for proven closers who can both sell and lead — someone who thrives in accountability, ownership, and performance-based growth.
You will be responsible for driving recurring revenue, building a high-performing sales team, expanding market presence, and ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and franchise capacity.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForSales & Revenue Growth
Drive monthly recurring revenue across Oregon
Personally close key commercial and multi-location accounts
Maintain strong pricing discipline and deal quality
Grow net revenue while minimizing early churn
Sales Leadership
Recruit, train, coach, and manage Outside Sales Representatives
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and performance coaching
Hold team accountable to KPIs, activity standards, and closing process
Develop future sales leaders
Territory Expansion
Execute regional growth strategy across:
Portland Metro
Salem
Eugene
Bend / Central Oregon
Identify new verticals and white-space opportunities
Support market launches as territory scales
Pipeline & Forecasting
Maintain accurate CRM reporting
Manage pipeline coverage (3–5x monthly target)
Forecast monthly revenue with accuracy
Ensure clean handoff to operations
Cross-Team Alignment
Work closely with Operations and Franchise Business Consultants
Ensure sales sold match operational and franchise capacity
Support smooth onboarding and long-term customer retention
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience
2+ years in sales leadership or management
Proven closing ability (hunter mindset)
Experience with recurring revenue or service-based sales preferred
Strong communication and coaching skills
Highly organized and KPI-driven
Comfortable managing multiple territories
Strong integrity, accountability, and ownership mindset
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (DOE)
Commission: Percentage of recurring revenue and Specials sold
Overrides: Team sales performance
Bonuses: Quarterly, and annual performance bonuses
