**About the role** :CBRE is hiring a Mobile Commercial HVAC/R Hybrid Technician to support multiple (Business offices, financial institutions, retail stores etc.) in the Richmond area. If you take pride in your work and consider yourself to be a self-disciplined technician, we want to hear from you,As a CBRE Commercial HVAC/R - Hybrid technician, you will fix equipment issues, perform preventive and emergency maintenance, and document work notes in a CMMS. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years' Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration experience. Strong problem-solving skills, an independent spirit and physically capable of handling a fast-paced work environment will all be critical in this role.This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are directly responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all HVAC and Refrigeration equipment as well as general building maintenance as needed._This role does not have a mandatory on call or overtime requirement! Apply now_ !**What You'll Do**+ Work within broad guidelines and policies to conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC and refrigeration equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. General building maintenance will also be assigned as the need dictates.+ Address equipment failures to determine the best course of action for equipment modifications.
