This is a highly visible role and you will be well positioned for advancement opportunities.Responsibilities:-Prepare financial statements and monthly packages for our investors-Prepare bank reconciliations and required schedules for assigned properties-Track Accounting activity for your assigned portfolio of assets-Prepare related tax information for Partnership Returns-Perform Accounting research as required-Perform Special projects as requiredMinimum Requirements:Bachelors Degree in AccountingCPA or CPA in process
