We are seeking a client-facing compassionate, organized, and dependable Intake/ Billing administrator to support multiple Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) providers with intake coordination, scheduling, insurance verification, medication refill requests, claims/billing support, and day-to-day administrative operations.Our practice values warmth, compassion, professionalism, and patient-centered care. We strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel respected, heard, and cared for throughout every step of their treatment experience.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate new patient intake and onboardingManage initial scheduling and provider calendars for follow upsVerify insurance benefits and assist with claims/billing scrubbing & follow-upRespond to patient inquiries, medication refill requests, and maintain timely communicationSupport multiple providers with administrative and operational tasksMaintain accurate records and HIPAA complianceQualificationsExperience in healthcare administration, behavioral health, or medical billing preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable managing multiple responsibilities independentlyProfessional, compassionate, and detail-orientedPart-time or full-time opportunity available. Experience with insurance billing and supporting psychiatry and mental health providers is a plus.
