You'll be the one making sure implementations of that platform actually land inside client organizations, and that those clients come back for more.About the RoleOur client is seeking a Public Sector Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to join their Customer Success team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of mission-critical solutions built on a leading low-code process automation platform for federal, state, and local government customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor and delivery leader, guiding government agencies through complex digital transformation and process automation initiatives.This role covers the full picture: solution design, delivery leadership, client relationships, account growth, and executive engagement. It's a lot, and that's exactly what makes it interesting.Role ResponsibilitiesWork alongside architects and solution designers to shape how the platform gets implemented.
