Install Coordinator

You will be responsible for the seamless scheduling and logistical management of installation projects - ensuring every job is stages documented, and completed to our quality standards.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Own project coordination and issue resolution throughout its entire lifecycleCollaborate with Sales, Production, Quality Control, and other company departments to deliver best in industry customer service and premier product qualityIdentify improvement opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and enhance customer experienceBe a single point of contact for our customers to provide accurate and timely project status updates to customersSchedule installation and repair appointments with internal and external crewsEnsure material ordering, permits, inspections, and other required project aspects are scheduled or rescheduled based on business and/or customer needsOptimize schedule to meet monthly / quarterly revenue targetsTrack and maintain accurate records of all installs and repair jobsQUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED2-4 years of experience in installation coordination or equivalent preferredStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Service Titan a plusSalary:Depending on experienceBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceAbility to Commute:Newbury Park, CA 91320 (Required)We are an Equal Opportunity employer.
