Company Overview:A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking experienced Legal & Compliance PMO and COO professionals to support strategic and operational initiatives. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to enhance the firm's legal and compliance operations.Job Responsibilities:Partner with the Legal & Compliance COO on department-wide planning, organizational design, headcount management, and budget oversightOwn or support the delivery of cross-functional compliance and legal projects from scoping and resourcing through execution and close-outDevelop executive-level materials including board presentations, regulatory submissions, leadership briefings, and internal communicationsManage relationships with external counsel, third-party vendors, and regulatory bodiesLead or support Legal & Compliance technology initiatives, including platform selection and implementation oversightDesign and maintain program governance frameworks, project trackers, and initiative dashboardsCoordinate regulatory exam logistics, document production processes, and cross-functional exam response workstreamsDrive operational process improvements across the divisionQualifications:Experience in Legal & Compliance PMO and COO rolesAbility to develop executive-level materials and manage external relationshipsExperience with Legal & Compliance technology initiativesCompensation: Pay Rate: $50 – $100/hrThe post Legal & Compliance PMO/COO Consultant appeared first on Landing Point.
